EPC Winter Retreat for All Ages
February 6-7, 2026
Bonclarken Conference Center in Flat Rock, NC. Only 1 hour from the church!

Check-in is 4:00 pm on Friday.
Check-out is 10:30 on Saturday; however, the retreat will not end until later in the day.

The retreat cost will include an overnight stay, three meals, all programming, and activities. Children 17 & under staying with parents only pay for meals. Hotel-style lodging as well as (4) 2-bedroom apartments(located close to the lodge) are available. Perfect for families, the apartments feature a full kitchen, a living area, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a twin bed, all sharing a full bathroom.

The Saturday commuter option includes lunch.
