Oconee Nuclear Station -Thursday, January 15

Our next outing is scheduled for Thursday, January 15th, and we will be touring the Oconee Nuclear Station to learn firsthand about how electricity is generated from the energy of an atom, as well as the operation, safety, and reliability of nuclear energy.  There is no cost for this tour.  After the tour, we will enjoy lunch at Southern Steakhouse in Seneca (lunch paid on your own).

NGU Basketball Game – Saturday, January 31

We also have a “bonus outing” this month to watch Chad Lister and his basketball team play at North Greenville University on Saturday, January 31st! Chad is one of our very own and is the Basketball Coach at NGU. Let’s go support him and the team as they face off against UNC Pembroke. We will leave EPC at 2:50 pm to be there for tip-off at 4:00 pm. There is no charge to see the game! We will return to the church immediately after the game and be back by 7:00 pm.
